From the use and sale of state property and land plots, the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2020 received 1200.69 million rubles of non-tax revenues

As of December 31, 2020, non-tax revenues from the use and sale of state property and land plots received by the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan amounted to 1,200.69 million rubles. The budget target for the republican budget of the Republic of Tatarstan as of December 31, 2020 was fulfilled by 179.41%.

In terms of items, the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan as of December 31, 2020 received:

from property lease - 151.87 million rubles. - the plan was fulfilled by 163.1%;

from land lease –75.10 million rubles. - the plan was fulfilled by 112.8%;

from easement - 2.44 million rubles. - the plan was fulfilled by 108.4%;

from the sale of property - 98.10 million rubles. - the plan was fulfilled by 108.0%;

from trust management - 57.75 million rubles - the plan was fulfilled by 74.5%;

part of the net profit of state unitary enterprises - 32.75 million rubles - the plan was fulfilled by 100.0%;

dividends - 298.2 million rubles - the plan was fulfilled by 100.0%;

other income - 15.55 million rubles.
