Decisions of the governing bodies of NP "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan"

The Board of NP "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" at the regular meeting approved the agenda of the annual general meeting of the Union. The meeting will take place in a month, on March 18, in full-time correspondence, subject to the current restrictions.

The meeting approved the Recommended minimum tariffs for appraisal work for 2021 in the version presented by the Union's Tariff Policy Committee (published on the Union's website).

In accordance with paragraph 2 of clause 4.4 of the Charter of the Union, Cerebro LLC is excluded from the members of the NP "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan". The Board took note of the information of Dmitry Zakhmatov, member of the Board, on the further participation of the largest self-regulating organization of appraisers of the Association of Russian public organization "in NP" Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan "

In accordance with the submitted applications, new candidates were included in the deliberative bodies of NP "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan".

The Board took into account and took into account in the work the information of the Executive Directorate on the inclusion in the State Program of State Property Management of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2021-2023 indicators of the expert activity of NP "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan", including the relative indicator - the coverage of municipal districts with expert and consulting support.

The Board agreed on a number of directions for the future socially oriented activities of the Union, presented by the executive director.

In addition to the members of the Management Board, the meeting was attended by the head of the appraisal department of the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Larisa Shvetsova.

The meeting of the Union's Expert and Consulting Council was also held today. The previously discussed results of expert activities were approved, a number of proposals were made for the development of technical specifications, determination of labor intensity, work formats by Andrey Lisichkin, Dmitry Zakhmatov and other experts.
