Issues of measures to reduce arrears on rent for property and land plots were considered
On February 19, 2021 Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Shameev took part in a weekly videoconference meeting held by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan, with the participation of representatives of the Office of the Federal Tax Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Service of Bailiffs for the Republic of Tatarstan, chambers ( management, committee) property and land relations of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The meeting addressed the following issues: on reducing tax arrears and arrears within the framework of work carried out in accordance with the protocol of the joint board of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Tax Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Treasury for the Republic of Tatarstan dated January 4, 2021 PR-3 , on the implementation of measures to reduce arrears on rent for property and land plots, on the work on amendments to the regulatory legal acts governing the provision of support measures, on the work carried out to register the land plots of legal entities reflected in the land tax declarations for 2019 year, but not registered in the Unified State Register of Real Estate.
During the meeting, reports were heard on the work carried out to reduce debt in the Yelabugazhsky and Nizhnekamsky municipal districts.
