Tatarstan studied the experience of St. Petersburg in the field of Information systems for urban planning activities and Spatial Data Fund
Delegation of the Republic of Tatarstan headed by acting Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Tagir Khusnutdinov paid a working visit to St. Petersburg. The purpose of the trip was to study the experience of working with the information system for ensuring urban planning activities and the base of the spatial data fund.
During their visit to the Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture of St. Petersburg, the participants got acquainted with the experience of creating an information system that provides automation of spatial data management processes. On the basis of the committee, there is a special department for the development of the information system. This allows you to reduce the cost of creating and finalizing the information system, as well as to make point changes and additions, in accordance with the needs of the Committee in a short time.
The meeting participants discussed ways of solving problems arising in the creation of master plans and rules for land use and development. In particular, solutions to harmonize materials developed by different organizations. The experience of St. Petersburg shows that the creation of requirements for the preparation of the graphic part partially solves the problem of unifying general plans and rules for land use and development.
During the visit to the Committee for Communications and Informatization of the Leningrad Region, the delegation members were shown the work of the information system of the Spatial Data Fund of the Leningrad Region. We discussed the issues of data verification in the current information system, the rules of interaction between the executive authorities of the Leningrad region when working in this system.
The delegation of the Republic of Tatarstan also included the Deputy Head of the Department - Head of the Department for Coordination and Development of Land and Property of the Expert Department of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Almaz Abdrakhmanov, Director of the State Budgetary Institution Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan Ruslan Komarov, Head of the Department for Maintaining the Spatial Data Fund of the State Budgetary Institution Institution Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan Andrey Gladysh.
