On March 3, 2021, an expanded meeting of the Board of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Bashkortostan on the results of activities for 2020 and tasks for 2021 was held.
The meeting was also attended by Deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Zarif Baiguskarov, Minister of Property management of the Udmurt Republic Anna Botalova, Deputy Minister for Property Management and Urban Development of the Perm region, Head of the Property management Department Svetlana Tashkinova, Head of the Office of Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography of Republic of Bashkortostan Petr Klets, heads republican and federal executive bodies, subordinate institutions, chairmen of committees for property management of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Bashkortostan by districts and cities, heads of structural divisions of the ministry.
During the meeting, the participants were shown a video about the results of activities in 2020. Natalya Polyanskaya, Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Bashkortostan, made a report on the main results of the work of the ministry and territorial bodies for managing the land and property complex of the Republic of Bashkortostan for 2020 and tasks for 2021.
As Minister Natalya Polyanskaya noted, the difficult economic situation in 2020 affected many areas of the economy, and the work of the ministry was aimed, first of all, at supporting the affected industries and providing social guarantees for the most vulnerable categories of citizens.
In his welcoming speech, the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin noted that our republics are linked not only by geographic proximity, but also by a deep historical, cultural and economic community. “Today Tatarstan and Bashkortostan are among the top ten regions of Russia in terms of industrial potential, and this potential is far from being exhausted. Our economic and cultural ties are getting stronger from year to year. A clear reflection of this was the intergovernmental agreement signed in 2019 by the leaders of the republics on trade, economic, scientific, technical, social and cultural cooperation, "the minister emphasized. During his speech, Fanil Agliullin spoke about key issues in the implementation of state policy in the field of land and property relations in the Republic of Tatarstan, shared his experience in conducting cadastral valuation of lands of various categories, reported on the progress of work in the field of territorial planning, inventory of real estate objects, and also focused on the issue of clarifying the common border between the republics. In conclusion, the minister expressed gratitude for the invitation, a warm welcome, wished all those present fruitful work, peace and prosperity to all regions of the Russian Federation.
