Fanil Agliullin: as of today, 2 out of 44 sections of the border between Tatarstan and Mari El are not agreed
The working meeting with representatives of the Republic of Mari El on the establishment of a border with the Republic of Tatarstan was held by the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin.
According to Fanil Agliullin, to date, 2 out of 44 sections of the border of neighboring republics remain uncoordinated - this is a section near the city of Volzhsk and the interlacing sections of the Republic of Tatarstan. If the solution to the issue of interlaced plots can be based on the fact that residents and agricultural organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan are constantly using these lands on a legal basis, as well as cartographic materials of both republics confirm the presence of these plots in the Republic of Tatarstan, then the solution to the issue of border divergence in the area of the city of Volzhsk and Zelenodolsk forestry is hampered by the lack of title documents.
The head of the department of geodesy and cartography of the State Budgetary Institution Spatial data fund of the Republic of Tatarstan Andrey Logashin demonstrated and reported on the situation with the border. Based on cartographic materials and materials of the cadastral chamber, it can be seen that the areas of the residents of the city of Volzhsk cross the site of the Zelenodolsk forestry. The meeting participants discussed possible solutions to this issue.
