The Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin reported on the preparation of documents for territorial planning and urban planning zoning of settlements and entering information on the boundaries of settlements of the Republic of Tatarstan into the Unified state register of real estate at a meeting of the Presidium of the Association "Council of Municipal Formations of the Republic of Tatarstan".

Fanil Agliullin noted the low rates of entering the boundaries of settlements in the USRN: "Today, the Unified state register of real estate contains information about the boundaries of 935 out of 3119 settlements." According to him, this is due to several problematic moments that arise in the preparation of documents for territorial planning and urban planning zoning.

According to the minister, one of the main reasons for delaying measures to enter information on the borders into the Unified state register of real estate is the absence of mandatory requirements for the formation of relevant materials in contracts and technical specifications for the development of urban planning documentation. “In order to eliminate problem situations, the Ministry of Land and Property, together with the Spatial Data Fund, has developed a number of documents that will standardize the development and approval of territorial planning and urban planning zoning documents,” explained Fanil Agliullin.
