The procedure for the provision of land plots in state or municipal ownership for leasing for the placement of social, cultural and communal facilities, for the implementation of large-scale investment projects has been updated
The Law of the Republic of Tatarstan dated March 5, 2021 No. 8-ЗРТ On Amendments to the Land Code of the Republic of Tatarstan establishes a detailed list of criteria that must be met by social, cultural and public utility facilities, large-scale investment projects, for the placement and implementation of which it is allowed provision of land plots in state or municipal ownership for lease without bidding.
The amendments made clarify the procedural stages of consideration of applications from legal entities for the provision of land plots.
Provision of land plots is carried out without holding tenders in accordance with the order of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, provided that the specified objects and investment projects meet the established criteria.
