Changes have been made to the results of the cadastral appraisal of capital construction projects.
On March 1, 2021 The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan registered an order of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan dated February 8, 2021 No. 366-p, amending the results of the state cadastral appraisal of capital construction projects in relation to a real estate object, the cadastral value of which was revised by the Commission under the Office of Federal service of state registration, cassette and cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan on the basis of the inaccuracy of the information used in the conduct of the state cadastral valuation.
The specified order was published on the Official website of legal information of the Republic of Tatarstan pravo.tatarstan.ru on March 3, 2021 and entered into force after 10 days from the date of official publication.
