Today a regular meeting of the commission under the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan on combating corruption with the participation of, representative of the Public Council under the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, executive director of the non-profit partnership "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" Oleg Bulgakov took place.
The meeting was chaired by Fanil Agliullin, Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The commission considered the following topical issues:
On the implementation of the program of the Ministry for the implementation of the anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015 - 2023 for 2020.
On activities in the field of orders for the supply of goods, performance of work (provision of services) for the needs of the Ministry and on control in the field of compliance with budgetary legislation in 2020.
Analysis of transactions for state unitary enterprises subject to approval in accordance with Federal Law of November 14, 2002 No. 161-ФЗ "On State and Municipal Unitary Enterprises".
Monitoring compliance by the heads and employees of subordinate organizations with the requirements of the charters of subordinate organizations and labor contracts relating to the prevention and settlement of conflicts of interest, taking measures to prevent and / or resolve it, including with the involvement of persons who are subject to the requirements for the prevention and settlement of conflicts of interest to liability in case of non-compliance with these requirements.
On consideration of the review based on the analysis of information on the implementation of anti-corruption measures for 2020 provided by state authorities and local self-government bodies in the Republic of Tatarstan.
