This was discussed during a meeting with representatives of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The meeting was chaired by the acting Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Tagir Khusnutdinov. The main purpose of the meeting was to study the experience of creating and operating a spatial data fund in the Republic (Sakha) Yakutia.
The Minister of Property and Land of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) Pavel Ivanov told the story of the creation of the spatial data fund of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), as well as its structure and work. According to him, the preparation of cartographic and topographic materials in the republic is coordinated by the Ministry of Property and Land of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). “For the period from 2008 to 2020, the Ministry of Property and land, together with other sectoral ministries of the republic, carried out work to create spatial data and materials. Including topographic plans for the territory of 260 settlements of the republic. The unified state register of real estate includes information on 287 boundaries of settlements, which is 45% of the total number of settlements in the republic. In this regard, in order to create a unified system for storing spatial data and materials created at the expense of the state budgetary funds of the republic, a spatial data fund was created by the decree of the head of the republic in 2017. The State Cadastral Appraisal Center was designated as the fund holder. Thus, spatial data and materials created at the expense of the state budget of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) are transferred to this institution, "Pavel Ivanov shared.
Representatives of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) spoke about the main functions of the spatial data fund, the operation of the spatial data portal, interaction with the state information system for providing urban planning activities and other geoinformation systems. The participants discussed the need to digitize spatial data and materials.
Following the meeting, the Ministry of Property and Land of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan agreed to continue to exchange experience and interact.
