The budget of the Republic of Tatarstan received 231.01 million rubles of non-tax revenues from the use and sale of state property and land plots

As of May 31, 2021, non-tax revenues from the use and sale of state property and land plots received by the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan amounted to 231.01 million rubles. The budget target for the republican budget of the Republic of Tatarstan as of May 31, 2021 was fulfilled by 58.68%.

In terms of items, the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan as of May 31, 2021 received:

from property lease - 68.62 million rubles. - the plan was fulfilled by 125.0%;

from land lease –39.41 million rubles. - the plan was fulfilled by 50.6%;

from easement - 0.86 million rubles. - the plan was fulfilled by 28.7%;

from the sale of property - 22.19 million rubles. - the plan was fulfilled by 74.0%;

from trust management - 48.85 million rubles - the plan was fulfilled by 83.8%;

dividends - 0.58 million rubles - the plan was fulfilled by 1%;

part of the net profit of state unitary enterprises - 50.17 million rubles - the plan was fulfilled by 161.3%.

from other income - 0.15 million rubles.
