Employees of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in a webinar on the topic: "Entering the information about the rightholders of previously registered real estate and registration of rights to garages and land plots within the framework of the" garage amnesty” into United state register of real estate.
Representatives of local self-government bodies, as well as employees of the ministry got acquainted with the possibilities of implementing new powers in accordance with Federal Law No. 518-ФЗ of December 30, 2020 "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation" to register the rights of identified rightholders to previously registered real estate objects using the Internet service "TechnoCad-Municipality". The Federal Law of April 5, 2021, No. 79-ФЗ «On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation" ("garage amnesty"), which will enter into force on September 1, 2021, was also considered. This law defines the mechanism for providing citizens with land plots in state or municipal ownership, on which garages are located, erected before the entry into force of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation (December 30, 2004), and a list of documents required for citizens to acquire land plots located under such facilities
