Meeting of the Public Council under the Ministry of Land and Proper-ty of the Republic of Tatarstan
Today the regular meeting of the Public Council under the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan was held with the participation of Deputy Minister Edik Diyarov.
During the meeting, the members of the Public Council considered the draft amendments to the Model Regulations on the Public Council. The draft proposes to determine the Public Council under the ministry, state committee, department of the Republic of Tatarstan as an advisory and advisory body of public control, to supplement the Model Regulation with the corresponding tasks of the Public Council under the Ministry, State Committee, Department of the Republic of Tatarstan and provisions on conflict of interest and prevention of corrupt behavior of members of the Public Council ...
They also heard information about the implementation by the Ministry of corporate governance functions in organizations with state shares in the authorized (joint) capital. The draft decision took into account the proposals for the nomination of persons who are not civil servants to the governing bodies.
The members of the Public Council took note of the information on the implementation of the departmental anti-corruption program and noted a positive trend in the anti-corruption work of the Ministry, given the absence of negative facts for the first half of 2021.
