239,8 million rubles came into the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from usage and realization of the state property and the ground areas

       Today, 13.05.2013, the resulting revenue figures of budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from non-tax income within the three first months of the present year were announced on the regular briefing session with Azat Khamayev,Minister of Land and Property Relations RT.

       According to specialists from Management of econimics, privatization and corporate management of Ministry within above mentioned period 239,8 mln. rubles of non-tax income came into budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from usage and realization of government property and ground areas. Thus within the four months of the present year the budget task is accomplished to 35,7 %.

       Due to received information the revenue came in from:

-      property rent – 16,8 mln.rub. – plan is accomplished to 27,4%;

-      land rent – 114,3 mln.rub. – plan is accomplished to 40%;

-      realization of property – 14,6 mln.rub. – plan is accomplished to 29,2%;

-      realization of land – 33 mln.rub. – plan is accomplished to 53,3%;

-      dividends – 7,11 mln.rub. – plan is accomplished to 6,1%;

-      PNP (Part of Net Profit) form GUE (Government Unitary Ensterprise) – 2,2 mln.rub. – plan is accomplished to – 3%.

       51,7 mln. rubles came from other sources, including contracts of concession and trust management. This year 2,4 mln rubles were planned to come into the budget from above mentioned sources.
