The Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan continues vaccination of employees
Today, employees of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, subordinate institutions, as well as veterans of the Ministry, in order to prevent coronavirus infection COVID-19, once again underwent the vaccination procedure, which was carried out by the doctors of state autonomous institution of health "City Clinical Hospital No. 7" in Kazan.
Most employees today received the second component of Sputnik V, a vaccine that must be given twice 21 days apart.
If symptoms of SARS COVID-19 appear between the two phases, vaccination must be interrupted until complete recovery.
Antibodies to coronavirus appear two weeks after the second vaccination.
For employees who received the first component today, the next vaccination procedure is scheduled for August 17 this year.
Before the vaccination procedure, the doctors once again reminded of strict adherence to the recommendations after vaccination with Sputnik V: for three days, do not wet the injection site, do not go to the sauna and bathhouse, do not drink alcohol and give up excessive physical exertion.
Vaccination is the most effective way to protect against infectious diseases. In December, this preventive measure became available against coronavirus infection. Experts are confident that vaccination of at least 70% of the population will create herd immunity and defeat the COVID-19 pandemic.
