A solemn meeting of the board of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan took place today
Today, a solemn meeting of the board of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry), dedicated to the 30th anniversary of its foundation and the results of work in the first half of 2021, with the participation of board members, representatives of the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, ministries and departments, territorial structural federal authorities, various specialized organizations, as well as veterans of the Ministry took place. The event took place in the building of the Ministry.
Within the framework of the collegium, First Deputy Minister Artur Galiyev reported on the activities of the Ministry in a number of areas.
One of the priority social directions of the Ministry is the provision of housing for orphans.
During the period 2013–2020, the Ministry acquired 2,727 residential premises into the ownership of the Republic of Tatarstan. These premises are included in the specialized housing stock of the Republic of Tatarstan and provided to orphans under lease agreements.
The work on inventory of unused real estate objects, which are in republican and municipal ownership, continues.
Today there are 971 unused real estate objects with an area of 300 thousand square meters. m in municipal ownership and 237 unused real estate objects with an area of 99 thousand square meters. m in republican ownership.
The First Deputy Minister also spoke about the work related to the registration of property rights to real estate and land plots, as a source of increasing the taxable base of the local budget, land tax declaration, the boundaries of settlements and the development of master plans, in terms of the competence of the Ministry.
Deputy Minister Edik Diyarov, within the framework of the collegium, reported on the results of profitability from the use of state property and land plots at the disposal of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as on the results of the activities of unitary enterprises in the first half of 2021.
Deputy Minister Rustem Shameev also made a report on the topic “Profitability from the management of municipal property of the Republic of Tatarstan and other issues of the chambers (departments, committees) of property and land relations of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan”. They announced that the total amount of revenues of local budgets of the Republic of Tatarstan is 2545.6 million rubles, which is 64% of the annual plan. The income received is 562.8 million rubles more than in the same period in 2020. From the lease of land plots, 1 billion 425 million rubles were received, from the sale of land plots - 490 million. Land lease income exceeded the figure for the same period last year by 260 million rubles.
During the solemn part dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Ministry, the participants of the event were shown a video about the activities of the department, prepared for its anniversary.
Also, the chairman of the Committee of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on ecology, nature management, agroindustrial and food policy Khamaev Azat Kiyamovich, Chairman of the Committee of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on Economy, Investments and Entrepreneurship Shafigullin Lutfulla Nurislamovich and Chairman of the Public Council under the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic Tatarstan Abashev Rashid Zalyalyutdinovich.
The event ended with the awarding of the best specialists of the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan.
