Azat Khamaev took part in the air on the telecast "Tatarstan without Corruption" – the land question

       Today the land question continues to remain one of the most actual and problematic in the republic.

       Yesterday the program “Tatarstan without Corruption” on the land questions was shown on “Tatarstan — the New Century” TV channel.

       The Minister of Land and Property Relations of Tatarstan Azat Khamaev, the Assistant to the President of Tatarstan Airat Nurutdinov, the deputy head of Management of Federal Registration of RT Artem Kostin and the main adviser of department of monitoring of Management of the President of RT concerning anti-corruption policy Yury Likhachev took part in discussion on the land questions on the telecast.

       The guests answered on the air on the following and many others questions: how is it possible to receive the ground area from the state, what difficulties one can face to issue the earth in property, whether there are a lot of violations in this sphere and what kind of responsibility is provided for unauthorized occupation of the ground area.

       During the air the participants of the program also spoke of the current legislation regulating questions of granting the ground areas for individual housing construction, of the state registration, and also of a course of granting the ground areas to large families in the republic.
