On September 23, in the House of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan, a meeting was held between the head of Federal service of state registration. Cadastre and cartography Oleg Skufinskigo and the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

During the conversation, the head of Rosreestr presented to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan a test circuit of the Unified Information Resource on Land and Real Estate, an experiment on the creation of which is being carried out in 2021 on behalf of the Government of the Russian Federation in four pilot regions, including the Republic of Tatarstan.

Rustam Minnikhanov got acquainted with information about lands suitable for involvement in circulation, as well as new services for citizens and businesses. On the territory of Tatarstan, the project is being implemented in three municipalities: Atninsky, Zelenodolsky and Pestrechinsky districts.

“The Republic of Tatarstan is a dynamically growing region, the eighth in the country in terms of population and the fourth in terms of housing construction. A single information resource will reflect all information about the lands of municipalities, the possibilities for their use. It is convenient for both residents and investors. We expect that in 2022 other cities and regions of the republic will be able to connect to the platform, ”Rustam Minnikhanov noted.

Due to this, the search for relevant information about land and real estate will become easier and more accessible for people, the efficiency of management decisions, the completeness and accuracy of data will increase, and new convenient services will be created. The experiment involves 10 federal authorities, the state corporation "Roscosmos", as well as the executive authorities of the constituent entities.

“Thanks to the involvement of the team of the Republic of Tatarstan, since January 2021, we have increased the dynamics by 97% for entering territorial zones in the pilot regions into the Unified state register of real estate; reduced the number of objects without cadastral value by 94%; digitized 100% of the state land data collection; created a 100% cartographic base at a scale of 1:25 000 for the entire territory of the experiment; and in pilot settlements - on a scale of 1: 2,000. The project also allowed us to test advanced technologies and design new services in the interests of people and business. As part of the creation of the Unified Information Resource on Land and Real Estate, we are testing technologies for geocoding, 3D modeling, assessing the economic potential of the territory and identifying unregistered
