Issues of amending the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 827 were discussed
Fanil Agliullin held a videoconference meeting on amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated October 3, 2012 No. 827 "On the sale of land plots owned by the Republic of Tatarstan or state ownership of which is not delimited, on which buildings, structures are located, to owners such buildings, structures or premises in them in the cases provided for by Art. 39.20 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation". The meeting was attended by Assistant to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Merzakreev, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister Midkhat Shagiakhmetov, heads of the State Budgetary Institution Center for Economic and Social Research of the Republic of Tatarstan under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, Special Economic Zone Innopolis JSC, Special economic zone of industrial-production type "Alabuga" JSC and heads of municipalities.
On the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan, the value of the land plot located under the real estate object is determined in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 827. In March of this year, amendments were made to this resolution, according to which the price of the land plot was set at 100 percent of the cadastral value of the land plot , owned by the Republic of Tatarstan, or state ownership of which is not delimited, when selling a land plot in accordance with Art. 39.20 of the Land Code of the Russian Federation.
The meeting participants discussed the issues of amending Resolution No. 827 on the possibility of reducing the redemption value of land plots located under the facilities.
