Minister Fanil Agliullin held a meeting with the heads of municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan on the development of documents for territorial planning of rural settlements.
During the meeting, it was noted that a draft law is currently under development, according to which the establishment of the boundaries of settlements located within the settlements, which made a decision that there is no need to prepare a master plan, will be carried out by approving the territorial planning scheme of the corresponding municipal district with an attachment a textual and graphic description of the location of such boundaries. This innovation will significantly simplify the procedure for entering information about the boundaries of settlements into the Unified State Register of Real Estate.
Representatives of the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Association "Council of Municipal Formations of the Republic of Tatarstan" and the State Budgetary Institution "Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" also took part in the discussion.
