The Spatial Data Found of the Republic of Tatarstan continues work on the development of draft rules for land use and development.

Thus, by the decision of the Council of municipalities of Chistopolsky and Yelabuzhsky districts, draft rules for land use and development of historical settlements - Chistopol and Yelabuga were approved. This document reflects the restrictions established for sanitary protection, nature protection, water protection zones and other territories with special conditions of use, and ensures control over their observance when using a land plot located within their boundaries.

It is worth noting that the aforementioned cities are historical settlements of federal significance, therefore, in accordance with the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation, before approval, the projects of rules for land use and development of the Chistopol and Yelabuga passed a special examination and approval in the federal body for the protection of cultural heritage objects.

Development of town planning documents continues in other regions of the republic as well. For example, to date, 155 territorial zones of the Pestrechinsky municipal district have been registered for cadastral registration, which is 62% of their total number. The territorial zones of the Yekaterinovskoye, Kibyachinskoye, Kobyakovskoye, Kovalinskoye and Panovskoye rural settlements are fully formed by the specialists of the Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan and are cadastral registered in the Unified State Register of Real Estate.
