Edik Diyarov chaired a meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission for Work with State Representatives in the Management and Control Bodies of Business Companies and Partnerships
Today, the Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Edik Diyarov held a meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission on work with government representatives in the management and control bodies of business companies and partnerships in the videoconference mode (on the Zoom platform).
The meeting was attended by representatives of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, ministries and departments of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Association of Enterprises and Industrialists of the Republic of Tatarstan, Svyazinvestneftekhim JSC, Ak Bars Holding Company JSC.
As part of the work of the Commission, the results of the activities of representatives of the state in 2021 were summed up and tasks for 2022 were identified.
The meeting considered and approved the candidacies of representatives of the state and independent directors, for their appointment and nomination to the management and control bodies of joint-stock companies, whose shares are owned by the Republic of Tatarstan and in respect of which a special right ("golden share") is valid, at annual general meetings shareholders in 2022. In total, it is planned to nominate 136 government representatives and 13 independent directors in 75 joint stock companies.
