The law establishes the features of the legal regulation of relations in the construction of individual residential buildings within the boundaries of the territory of a low-rise residential complex
Federal Law No. 476-ФЗ of December 30, 2021 "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation" establishes the concepts of "apartment building", "house of blocked development", "low-rise residential complex"
Thus, the legal uncertainty that arises when classifying a building as an apartment building or a house of a block building has been eliminated. The law establishes the features of the legal regulation of relations in the construction of individual residential buildings within the boundaries of the territory of a low-rise residential complex.
Also, the terms of the agreement for participation in shared construction, the procedure for disclosing information by the developer, the composition of the common property of the owners of individual residential buildings and the features of its construction, the procedure for the transfer by the developer of the object of shared construction, the features of state registration of the right to a land plot and the object of individual housing construction located on it are determined.
This Federal Law shall enter into force on March 1, 2022, with the exception of certain provisions for which a different date for their entry into force has been established.
