The Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan will acquire 600 residential premises to provide orphans
The Ministry of Land and Property of Tatarstan will acquire 600 residential premises this year to provide orphans under employment contracts. This was announced by Fanil Agliullin during a live broadcast on social support for orphans.
“Thanks to the decision of the President of Tatarstan, since 2020 we have increased the quota. In 2020, we purchased 600 residential premises, in 2021 - 636, this year we plan to purchase 600 residential premises,” said the head of the Ministry of Land and Property.
Agliullin noted that from 2013 to 2021, the ministry acquired 3,363 residential premises for a total of 4 billion rubles, of which 537 million rubles were allocated from the federal budget.
“This amount is small compared to the one allocated by the republic. I ask you to work out the issue at the federal level to increase subsidies from the federal budget for the purchase of housing for orphans, ”he addressed the deputies of the State Duma from Tatarstan participating in the live broadcast.
According to him, for the effective use of state property, the ministry is working to identify debts in orphans for housing and communal services. “According to the latest data, it amounted to about 44 million rubles. Some solution needs to be found in this part,” he stressed.
