Congratulation of Minister Fanil Agliullin on the Day of Formation of the Republican Department for State Property Management
Today our department is celebrating its 31st anniversary. The history of the creation of the department for the management of state property in the territory of the Kazan province begins in May 1838, when, in accordance with the imperial decree, the Chamber for the management of state property was created under the office of the Governor of the Kazan province.
At the turn of the 80s - 90s, the regulation of property relations regained relevance. The Decree of the Supreme Council of the Tatar SSR on February 7, 1991 established the State Committee of Tatarstan for State Property Management. The State Committee has become an instrument for carrying out market reforms that affect the fundamental interests of the economy and the population, primarily in the field of land use. Today, the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan is pursuing a unified state policy in the field of land and property relations in the republic. Exercises the powers of the owner - the Republic of Tatarstan in terms of privatization, management and disposal of state property and land resources.
Thanks to the high corporate culture and professional competencies of managers and employees, the staff of the Ministry is fruitfully involved in solving large-scale tasks of the economic and social development of the Republic of Tatarstan.
