The mechanism for obtaining land plots at auction
Articles 39.3, 39.6 of the Land Code of the Russian Federation define the cases of granting a land plot for ownership, for rent at auctions and without auctions.
The procedure for conducting an auction for the provision of a land plot is regulated by Articles 39.11 - 39.13 of the Land Code of the Russian Federation.
On June 24, 2021, by order of the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 348-pr, the administrative regulation for the provision of public services for the provision of a land plot owned by the Republic of Tatarstan at auction was approved.
On January 10, 2021, by order of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 570-пр, changes were made to the specified regulation.
