Topical issues of establishing cadastral boundaries between Tatarstan and neighboring subjects of the Russian Federation were discussed at the meeting of the Committee on State Building and Local Self-Government in Parliament. The meeting also considered changes to a number of republican bills.
Maxim Rogozhkin, Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic, spoke about the progress of work on cadastral registration of the border of the Republic of Tatarstan. To date, Tatarstan borders on the republics of Bashkortostan, Mari El, Udmurtia, Chuvashia, Orenburg, Kirov, Samara, Ulyanovsk regions. The total length of the border of the Republic of Tatarstan is about 3,400 km.
“In order to resolve issues along the border, by order of the Cabinet of Ministers, a working group was created, which included representatives of 22 state authorities of the republic,” the deputy minister said, “a working subgroup of 6 departments was also created to promptly consider issues. At the moment, the borders have been agreed with six adjacent subjects, except for the Kirov region and the Udmurt Republic.”
As Deputy Minister of Land and Property Maxim Rogozhkin said, at the moment the project of passing the border with the Kirov region is at the final stage of coordination, regular negotiations on the coordination of the border are being conducted with the Udmurt Republic.
After hearing and discussing the report of the Deputy Minister, the Committee took note of the information and recommended that the Ministry of Land and Property Relations, the state budgetary institution "Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan", as well as the working group continue to work on solving the existing problematic issues of establishing the location of the border of the Republic of Tatarstan.
