Fanil Agliullin held a meeting on issues in the field of land and property issues

The Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin held a videoconference meeting on issues in the field of land and property.

During the meeting, the participants considered problematic issues related to registration of land plots under cemeteries.

There are 3,660 cemeteries in the Republic of Tatarstan, which are located on 4,224 land plots, of which: 4,033 are registered, 191 are not.

For unformatted:

56 - on the lands of the forest fund,

52 - on private lands (29 - legal entities, 23 - private and share),

28 - cadastral works are being carried out,

27 – finalization of master plans is required,

26 – preparation of documents for category translation,

2 - under consideration in the Ministry.

Since the beginning of 2022, 2 resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan have been adopted on the transfer of category 6 sites.

At the meeting, it was noted that to date, work on the registration of sites has been completed in 6 municipal districts. These are Arsky, Buinsky, Zainsky, Pestrechinsky, Sarmanovsky and Cheremshansky municipal districts.

The next issue at the meeting was the results of the inventory of hydraulic structures, which was carried out jointly with municipalities and state supervision bodies. In total, 926 hydraulic structures were identified on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan, of which -

57 hydraulic structures are ownerless. These properties are currently being registered.

In addition, it was noted that it was necessary to register 13 berthing GTS in Kazan, Alekseevsky, Verkhneuslonsky, Kamsko-Ustyinsky, Rybno-Slobodsky municipal districts.

According to the agenda of the meeting, the participants also considered the development of master plans and rules for land use and development of rural settlements of municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan, the introduction of the borders of settlements and territorial zones into the Unified state register of real estate, and the progress of work on entering information into the Unified Information Resource, including security zones of main pipelines.
