Reduced terms for state registration of rights to land plots of citizens
Federal Law No. 124-ФЗ of May 1, 2022 "On Amendments to the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation and Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation".
The law on registration of real estate is supplemented by norms that provide for special reduced terms for cadastral registration and state registration of rights in relation to land plots intended for personal subsidiary farming, gardening, gardening, building a garage for one's own needs or individual housing construction, as well as in relation to those located on such sites of buildings, structures and objects of construction in progress.
The term of state registration (cadastral registration) for the listed objects will be 3 working days from the date of acceptance by the registration authority of the rights of the right holder's application, and when submitting an application through the Multifunctional Center- 5 working days.
Recall that, as a general rule, state registration of rights is carried out within up to 7 working days (9 working days when applying through the Multifunctional Center), and cadastral registration - within 5 and 7 working days, respectively.
The law under consideration also determines the maximum duration of the cadastral work in relation to the named real estate objects - no more than 3 working days. An exception may be cases when, in connection with the cadastral work, it became necessary to agree on the location of the boundaries of the land plot.
