Maxim Rogozhkin took part in the workshop on the development of urban planning documentation

State budgetary institution Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a training seminar “Preparation of the main urban planning documentation for the territory of the settlement”, in which the Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Maxim Rogozhkin took part.

The seminar was conducted by Vladimir Kandalintsev, Head of the Territorial Planning Department of the State budgetary institution Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan. He spoke about the main aspects of master plans, land use and development rules, planning projects for the development of settlements. The presentation also explained in detail the stages in the development (adjustment) and approval of draft master plans and land use and building regulations.

Main terms from the presentation:

The master plan is the main urban planning document that determines the prospects for the development of the territory for a long time. It is needed for:

- transfer of land or land plots from one category to another;

- setting the boundaries of settlements for cadastral registration;

- development of rules for land use and development;

- development of territory planning projects;

- development of programs for the integrated development of systems of communal, transport and social infrastructures of a settlement, an urban district.

Rules for land use and development - a document of urban zoning, which is approved by the regulatory legal acts of local governments, which establishes territorial zones, urban planning regulations, the procedure for applying such a document and the procedure for amending it.

The preparation of territory planning projects is carried out to highlight the elements of the planning structure, establish the boundaries of common areas, the boundaries of the zones of the planned placement of capital construction objects, determine the characteristics and sequence of the planned development of the territory.
