The list of licensed types of work has been expanded
Amendments have been made in terms of expanding the list of licensed types of work in Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1126 dated July 28, 2020 “On licensing geodetic and cartographic activities”.
Now, to complete the work on establishing or changing the boundaries of settlements under an agreement (contract) concluded before March 01, 2022, a license for geodetic and cartographic activities is not required.
Also, in accordance with Part 2 of Article 136 of Federal Law N 170-ФЗ, licensees whose licenses contain the type of work on establishing and changing boundaries between constituent entities of the Russian Federation and the boundaries of municipalities are entitled to perform work on establishing and changing the boundaries of settlements, boundaries of zones with special conditions for the use of the territory without submitting an application for making changes to the register of licenses and without assessing the compliance of the licensee with license requirements.
