The Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in a seminar of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography (Rosreestr)
Today, Deputy Head of Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography T.A. Gromova held a video conference seminar on the implementation of the provisions of Federal Law No. 518-ФЗ of December 30, 2020 “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation”. The seminar was attended by the Federal Inspector for the Republic of Tatarstan, representatives of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Notary Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Tax Service of Russia, the Civil Registry Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Executive Committee of Kazan, Zelenodolsky , Pestrechinsky, Vysokogorsky and Laishevsky municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
During the seminar-meeting, the following issues were discussed:
- filling the Unified State Register of Real Estate with information about the right holders of real estate objects;
- normative legal regulation of measures to identify the right holders of previously recorded real estate objects. The need to change existing regulatory legal acts, taking into account the practice of implementing the Law;
- features of the application of the provisions of the Law, including in certain subjects of the Russian Federation. Organization, implementation and monitoring of work to identify the right holders of previously recorded real estate objects;
- best practices for implementing the Law, etc.
