Environmental issues are also among the priority tasks of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tajikistan and subordinate institutions.
When developing documents for territorial planning and urban zoning, the principles of sustainable development must be observed, namely: ensuring safety and favorable conditions for human life, and protecting the environment.
