Districts were given recommendations on the issue of establishing the boundaries of settlements through the territorial planning schemes.
Today, a regular meeting was held with municipal districts on the issue of establishing the boundaries of settlements by amending the territorial planning schemes of districts.
Representatives of Aksubaevsky, Alkeevsky, Almetevsky, Buinsky, Verkhneuslonsky, Yelabuga, Kaibitsky, Kukmorsky, Kamsko-Ustyinsky and Mendeleevsky districts were invited to the meeting. The main part of the comments on these areas is related to the lack of up-to-date keys for access to the Federal State Information System of Territorial Planning, the delay in removing the old project from the site and the coordination of areas of borders of settlements for placement on the Federal State Information System of Territorial Planning.
To address these issues, the districts were recommended to speed up:
- submission of the territorial planning scheme project to the Federal State Information System of Territorial Planning:
- provision of initial data for the development of master plans;
- registration in the Unified state register of real estate of territorial zones;
- updating passwords;
- removal of the old territorial planning schemes project at Federal State Information System of Territorial Planning.
