Another "Lesson of digital"
Today, on the basis of the Volga Youth Center, for the participants of the XXVII Republican Festival of Children's, Youth and Youth Press "Altyn Kalam - Golden Pen", a "Lesson of digital" was held on the theme "Client-Centric State". At the lesson, Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Shameev spoke about modern trends in digital transformation in the economy, public life, and public administration.
Digital transformation, new technologies and new approaches open up never-before-seen opportunities to understand and meet customer needs. Today, customer-centricity is becoming a characteristic feature not only of business, but also of the state. In the Russian Federation, the closest attention is paid to the field of electronic public services, including super services, as well as the creation of comfortable conditions for citizens in the provision of services in state and municipal institutions.
The speech aroused great interest among the children, who asked many questions. In conclusion, Rustem Shameev noted that there is still a lot to be done on the way to becoming a client-centric state.
