Notice of placement of a draft report on determining the cadastral value of land plots in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as on the procedure and deadlines for submitting comments to the draft report
The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan notifies.
In accordance with the Federal Law of July 3, 2016 No. 237-ФЗ "On the State Cadastral Valuation" and the order of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 1729-P dated June 4, 2021 "On the State Cadastral Valuation of Land Plots Located in 2022 on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan” the state cadastral valuation of land plots is currently being carried out on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Based on the results of determining the cadastral value of land plots, the state budgetary institution Center of State Cadastral Valuation prepared interim reporting documents in the form of an electronic document (hereinafter referred to as the Draft Report).
On August 02, 2022 the information and materials contained in the Draft Report, in the amount provided for by the procedure for maintaining the state cadastral valuation data fund, are posted in the state cadastral valuation data fund on the official website of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography in the information and telecommunication network "Internet" for thirty days.
In full, the Draft Report, including annexes, is posted in the section "Activities", in the subsection "draft report" on the official website of state budgetary institution Center of State Cadastral Valuation http://cgko.tatarstan.ru in the information and telecommunication network "Internet".
Comments on the Draft Report before August 31, 2022 can be submitted by any interested persons to the state budgetary institution Center of State Cadastral Valuation in person, by post or by e-mail in the form of an electronic document using the information and telecommunication network "Internet". In addition, comments on the Draft Report may be submitted to any branch of the state budgetary institution "Multifunctional Center for the Provision of State and Municipal Services in the Republic of Tatarstan".
The day of submission of comments to the Draft Report is the day of its submission to the state budgetary institution Center of State Cadastral Valuation or the State Budgetary Institution Multifunctional center for the provision of state and municipal services in the Republic of Tatarstan, the day indicated on the calendar postmark of the notification of delivery (if sent by post), or the day of its submission using the information and telecommunication network "Internet".
A comment to the Draft Report, along with a statement of its essence, should contain:
1) last name, first name and patronymic (the last name, if any) of an individual, full name of the legal entity, contact phone number, e-mail address (if any) of the person who submitted a comment to the interim reporting documents;
2) the cadastral number and (or) the address of the real estate object, in relation to the determination of the cadastral value of which a comment is submitted to the interim reporting documents;
3) an indication of the page numbers of the interim reporting documents to which a comment is submitted (optional).
The comments may be accompanied by documents confirming the presence of errors made in determining the cadastral value, as well as a declaration on the characteristics of the property.
The form of the declaration on the characteristics of real estate objects and the procedure for its consideration were approved by Order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation dated December 27, 2016 No. 846 “On approval of the procedure for considering a declaration on the characteristics of a real estate object, including its form”.
Comments on the Draft Report are accepted:
