The issue of the possibility of supplementing the list of indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of the activities of local governments of the Republic of Tatarstan with a point for filling the Unified State Register of Real Estate was considered
The Department of Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan approved the schedules for the implementation of the Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography project "Filling the Unified State Register of Real Estate with the Necessary Information" in the context of the municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan, indicating the planned values for the performance of work to identify the right holders of previously recorded real estate, information about which are contained in the Unified State Register of Real Estate.
Currently, local governments are taking measures within the framework of Federal Law No. 518-ФЗ of December 30, 2020 “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation” to identify the right holders of real estate objects, which, in accordance with Article 69 of the Federal Law of July 13, 2015 218-ФЗ "On state registration of real estate" are considered previously recorded real estate for the subsequent entry of information about such copyright holders in the Unified State Register of Real Estate.
Yesterday, the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan considered the issue of the possibility of making changes to the list of indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of local self-government bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan and supplementing it with indicators reflecting the work of municipalities to fill the Unified State Register of Real Estate.
Representatives of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Digital Development of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Association "Council of Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan", the Executive Committee of the Municipality of Kazan, State treasury institution "Center digital transformation of the Republic of Tatarstan”.
