Districts of Tatarstan are consulted on filling the Unified state register of real estate.

11 August 2022, Thursday

Filling the Unified State Register of Real Estate with information about the boundaries of settlements, territorial zones, boundaries of subjects, etc. is an important task. The presence of such information in the register will ensure the effective management of land resources and compliance with the requirements of the law when conducting cadastral registration of real estate.

In this regard, ongoing work is underway to collect materials and information, establish and clarify boundaries, and consultative meetings are held. Thus, the Department of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan organized meetings with representatives of local governments to provide advice in the implementation of the project "Filling the Unified State Register of Real Estate with the Necessary Information" for 2022-2024. Representatives of the State Budgetary Institution “Space Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan” (a subordinate institution of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan) also take part in the meetings.

During the two days of the meeting, the participants considered issues arising in the framework of the implementation of the schedules for filling the USRN. We discussed in detail the progress of work on the implementation of the project in Verkhneuslonsky, Vysokogorsky, Zelenodolsky, Apastovsky, Kaibitsky, Buinsky, Drozhzhanovsky, Kamsko-Ustyinsky, Tetyushsky, Laishevsky, Arsky, Atninsky, Baltasinsky, Kukmorsky, Nurlatsky, Sabinsky and Tyulyachinsky municipal districts. The rest of the districts will be considered until August 17 at the same video-conference meetings.
