Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT took part in Universiade Torch Relay

       On July 6 Universiade Torch Relay took place Within Universiade Games 2013. The main symbol of the 27th World summer Universiade Games arrived to Kazan the day before and had already visited 51 cities of five parts of the world.

       Universiade Torch Relay started in the Village of Universiade Games and finished at the main building of the Kazan (Volga region) Federal University (KFU). The mayor of the capital of Tatarstan Ilsur Metshin became the first torchbearer. 

       Finalists of the competition "I Am a Torchbearer" became the torchbearers throughout all route along with prominent athletes, authorities and activists of social movements.

       On Kremlevskaya Street the first Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Igor Shuvalov, the minister of sports of the Russian Federation Vitaly Mutko and the president of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov joined Universiade Torch Relay.
