Online questionnaires to collect initial data for the development of terplanning documents are being introduced into the state budgetary institution Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan
Yesterday, the next monthly joint meeting of the State Budgetary Institution Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan and the executive committees of the municipal districts of the republic on the preparation of urban planning documentation was held.
First of all, the director of the State Budgetary Institution Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan Airat Usmanov emphasized the need to complete the filling of questionnaires by municipal districts for the timely development of territorial planning documents. In order to speed up the collection of initial data, an online format for filling out questionnaires is being introduced in test mode from this month. With the successful outcome of this experiment, online questionnaires will be used further.
As for the inclusion of the boundaries of settlements in the Unified state register of real estate, at present 30 master plans and 35 land use and building regulations of rural settlements have been approved, but have not yet been entered into the cadastral register. The participants also discussed the progress of work on establishing the boundaries of settlements by amending the schemes of territorial planning of districts, the main requirements for these works and clarified issues on flood zones (flooding)
