Kazan Expo hosted a round table on the implementation of the National Spatial Data System

The Tatarstan Oil and Gas Chemical Forum 2022 has opened in Kazan, which is taking place at the site of the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Center. Representatives of over 150 companies from all over the world will discuss the prospects for the development of the petrochemical industry in the face of new global challenges.

Within the framework of the forum, dozens of exhibitions, conferences and round tables were organized, reflecting the topics of geodesy, energy, chemistry and the oil industry. Thus, the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan and the State Budgetary Institution "Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" held a round table on the topic: "Implementation of the National Spatial Data System within the framework of the state program."

It was attended by Assistant of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Merzakreev, Deputy Minister of Land and Property Reltions of the Republic of Tatarstan Maxim Rogozhkin, director of the State Budgetary Institution "Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" Airat Usmanov, as well as heads of institutions and departments whose activities are directly related to the implementation of the National Spatial Data System. Representatives from the neighboring Republic of Kazakhstan also took part in the meeting.

The participants discussed the implementation of an experiment to create a single information resource on land and real estate using the example of the Pestrechinskiy municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan, the National Spatial Data System state program, the concept of a digital vertical of urban planning solutions and spatial development. The representative of TATNEFT PJSC spoke about the creation of a geospatial data infrastructure in the company. The current topic of personnel training within the framework of the National System of Spatial Data on the basis of Kazan Federal University was also raised.
