A plan for ground and underground communications will be formed on the territory of Tatarstan
In order to provide state authorities and local self-government bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as other legal entities and individuals engaged in urban planning activities, with reliable information on the location and main technical characteristics of surface and underground communications, the Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan has begun work on the formation and maintenance of a master plan for surface and underground communications of the republic.
Currently, data and materials on engineering infrastructure facilities have been received from 34 municipal districts under an agreement on the provision of spatial data. An agreement was signed with Transneft-Prikamye JSC, information was received on pipeline sections and zones of minimum distances. Work is underway to sign cooperation agreements with Gazprom Transgaz Kazan LLC and Grid Company JSC.
An agreement was also reached with the Head of the Vysokogorsky district on the joint implementation of a pilot project to form and maintain a plan for ground and underground communications in the district. The Fund's specialists held a meeting with resource-supplying organizations, developed an action plan and determined the composition of the working group. As part of the project, materials on water supply facilities in 24 settlements were obtained and scanned. Work continues on obtaining information from telecom operators (Tattelecom PJSC, MTS, Rostelecom, VimpelCom, Megafon).
