At the end of 2022, it is planned that Tatarstan will enter the pilot operation of the National Spatial Data System, already in October - a demo stand using the example of Kazan.
This information was announced at a meeting on the implementation of measures to create the Federal State Information System "Unified Digital Platform" National System of Spatial Data" in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan (NSPD). The event was held at the site of Management of Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan under the leadership of representatives of the central office of Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography and the Cadastral Chamber of Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography.
At present, work continues in Tatarstan to integrate information systems of regional executive authorities, local governments and other information systems into the National System of Spatial Data. During the meeting, current issues that arise for data owners of information layers of spatial data during test unloading were considered.
The participants of the meeting were also informed about the work of new digital services (“Easy Land”, Land for Construction”, “Land for Tourism”, etc.), which are created in the interests of people, business and the state and which will be integrated into the Unified Digital Platform "National Spatial Data System". When developing a new platform, the results of an experiment to create a unified information resource on land and real estate (SIR), which was conducted in 2021 in a number of regions, including Tatarstan, are used.
“The creation of the National System of Spatial Data will allow us to combine and structure spatial data, ensure their accessibility for citizens, businesses and government agencies. Thanks to this, a tool will appear for quickly obtaining comprehensive information about land and real estate in a single window mode and making effective management decisions. At the same time, technological processes should be transparent, flexible and customizable: from the receipt of an application from an individual or legal entity to the registration of the right to a property,” commented Artem Kostin, Deputy Head of Management of Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan.
The subjects of the Russian Federation, which are among the pilot regions for the creation of National System of Spatial Data, have been tasked with ensuring effective interaction between regional government bodies with Rosreestr and the Cadastral Chamber. It is planned that in Tatarstan, which was one of the first to start the formation of the Unified Digital Platform for Spatial Data, it will appear by the end of 2022.
