The development of urban planning documentation for the districts continues
Specialists of the Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan continue to work on the development of master plans, rules for land use and development of municipal districts, as well as verification of urban planning documents.
In September, the project preparation department of the State Budgetary Institution “Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan” completed the development of master plans for the Malosaltykovskoye rural settlement of the Kamsko-Ustyinsky municipal district and the Maloshilninskoye rural settlement of the Tukaevsky municipal district. The projects were sent to the municipal districts for approval and subsequent upload to the Federal State Information System of Territorial Planning.
The development of rules for land use and development of the Bolshekabanskoye rural settlement of the Laishevsky municipal district, Tikhonovskoye and Tatarsko-Chelninskoye rural settlements of the Mendeleevsky municipal district was completed, the materials were transferred to the districts for approval. 5 rules for land use and development were approved in September:
Belovskoye, Myudovskoye rural settlements, urban-type settlement Aksubaevo, Aksubaevsky district;
Kildeevskoe and Shelangovskoye rural settlements of Verkhneuslonsky municipal district.
