The borders of Tatarstan with the Samara and Ulyanovsk regions have been specified
The deputies considered the issue of establishing the borders of the Republic of Tatarstan and approved the Agreements on the establishment of borders between the Republic of Tatarstan and the Samara region, between the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ulyanovsk region. The information was presented by the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin.
According to the minister, at present, work on establishing the location of the republic's borders with neighboring regions is nearing completion. The last subject of the Russian Federation, work to clarify certain issues of the location of the border with which continues, remains the Kirov region.
Rimma Ratnikova, a member of the Committee on State Building and Local Self-Government, made a co-report on this issue and asked to support the positive decision of the committee.
The deputies adopted Resolutions of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan “On approval of the Agreement on establishing the location of the border between the constituent entities of the Russian Federation - the Republic of Tatarstan and the Samara Region” and “On approval of the Agreement on establishing the location of the border between the constituent entities of the Russian Federation - the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ulyanovsk Region”.
