The preparation of urban planning documentation was discussed with the municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan
Representatives of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the next monthly meeting on the preparation of urban planning documentation, organized by the State Budgetary Institution "Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan". Representatives of the executive committees of the municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Cadastral Chamber and the Office of Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan also took part in the discussion of the issue in the videoconferencing mode.
At present, 26 master plans and 27 land use and development rules of rural settlements have been approved, but have not yet been entered into the cadastral register - this prevents the timely establishment of the boundaries of settlements and territorial zones in the Unified state register of real estate. A list of municipal districts was also presented, which need to schedule public hearings on general plans and land use and development rules in the near future.
We also discussed the progress of work on establishing the boundaries of settlements by amending the schemes for territorial planning of districts. Currently, work is underway in 30 districts (982 settlements), 393 borders of the rural settlements have been sent to the Cadastral Chamber, of which 322 are included in the Unified state register of real estate.
The meeting discussed the situation in flood zones (flooding) and the main requirements for municipal districts in terms of preparing urban planning documentation.
