Today, the Educational and Methodological Center of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia opened an educational seminar for specialists in the field of property and land issues on the topic "Explanation of key changes in the land and related legislation of the Russian Federation in the first half of 2022", which is attended by heads and specialists of chambers (departments, committees) property and land relations of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan.
This seminar was organized by the Higher School of State and Municipal Administration of the Kazan Federal University, with which the Ministry has long and fruitfully cooperated on the issues of training specialists. Director of Higher School of State and Municipal Administration of the Kazan Federal University Igor Privalov delivered a welcoming speech.
Also, Deputy Minister of Land and Property Rustem Shameev spoke at the opening of the seminar. He outlined the high importance of the event, which will consider innovations in federal legislation, discuss current problems in the field of land and property relations, as well as issues received from the chambers.
Introducing lecturer Alexei Valerievich Mazurov to the seminar participants, Rustem Shameev noted that most of those present had taken part in the previous seminars of Alexei Valerievich with great interest and stressed that this seminar would be no less useful. Also, the Deputy Minister noted that during the seminar, Rustem Merzakreev, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, will speak on the implementation of Federal Law № 518-ФЗ. Rustem Shameev wished active and productive work to the participants of the seminar.
