Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan signed a Cooperation Agreement with Kazan (Volga region) Federal University
On November 24, the director of the State Budgetary Institution "Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" Airat Usmanov and the rector of the Kazan (Volga region) Federal University Lenar Safin signed an Agreement on mutual cooperation. The document, in addition to increasing the attractiveness of educational programs and joint research, is aimed at introducing new developments in filling spatial data.

For your information, at present, the staff of the State Budgetary Institution "Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" consists of a large number of graduates and students of Kazan (Volga region) Federal University. Every year, students of the university undergo industrial practice in the production departments of the institution.
The conclusion of the Agreement between the parties will also make it possible to train personnel in basic educational programs of higher education and additional professional educational programs in the following areas: land management and cadastres, cartography and geoinformatics, geodesy and remote sensing.
