Today, as part of the provision of methodological assistance to the municipalities of the republic, the conference hall of the Training and Methodological Center of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia hosted another training seminar for specialists in the field of property and land relations on the topic: “Explanation of key changes in the land and related legislation of the Russian Federation in the second half of 2022, and as well as regulations aimed at counteracting external sanctions pressure.” This seminar was organized by the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the Higher School of State and Municipal Administration of Kazan Federal University, with which the Ministry has long and fruitfully cooperated on the issues of training specialists.
The seminar was opened by the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin. In his welcoming speech, he noted that interaction with municipalities has been and will remain one of the priorities of the Ministry, including in terms of providing systematic methodological assistance. The Minister introduced to the participants of the seminar the lecturer - Alexey Valeryevich Mazurov and wished the participants of the seminar productive work.
Candidate of legal science, practicing lawyer, expert in land and related legislation Alexei Mazurov gave the seminar participants detailed explanations on the key changes in land and related legislation that were adopted in the second half of 2022 and are expected to be adopted soon. The lecturer also answered numerous questions from the participants.
In the second part of the event, in the form of a round table with the participation of specialists from the Ministry, topical issues in the field of municipal property management were discussed. The round table was attended by First Deputy Minister Artur Galiev and Deputy Minister Rustem Shameev.
At the end of the seminar, Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Shameev thanked everyone for their active participation. He noted that the knowledge gained at the seminar will be used by the municipalities of the republic in further practical work.
62 participants from 39 municipalities of the republic took part in the seminar as listeners.
